IRRIVO is a workforce operations product provided by Watchmore Studios in Ghana. This policy explains the information IRRIVO may process when individuals and organizations use the service.
Information we collect
We may process account and contact details, organization membership, schedules, attendance events, device and security information, support messages and subscription records. Organizations may provide workforce records needed to operate IRRIVO.
When an organization enables location-aware attendance, IRRIVO may process device location during relevant clock-in or clock-out workflows to evaluate whether a person is inside an approved work zone.
How we use information
We use information to provide scheduling, attendance, organization management, reporting, notification, security, support and permitted AI assistance; maintain service reliability; and meet legal obligations.
Organization responsibilities
Organizations control much of the workforce information entered into IRRIVO and are responsible for configuring permissions, attendance rules, approved locations and lawful workforce practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, while no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Organization-managed records may require coordination with the relevant organization. Contact us to make a request.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside Ghana. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international processing.
Children
IRRIVO is intended for legitimate workforce and personal schedule use. Organizations responsible for younger users must ensure they have an appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, law or service providers change. We will publish the current version on this page.
