Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of IRRIVO. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use IRRIVO for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
The service
IRRIVO provides workforce scheduling, attendance, organization management, reporting, notifications, location-aware attendance and AI-assisted workforce insight. Features may change as the product develops.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for managing their members and permissions.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, access data without permission, upload unlawful content or use IRRIVO to violate employment, privacy or other applicable laws.
Organization data
Organizations and users retain their rights in information they provide. They grant Watchmore Studios the permission needed to host, process and display that information to operate IRRIVO.
Attendance and location
Organizations are responsible for choosing lawful attendance practices, informing their workforce and configuring work zones and policies appropriately. IRRIVO provides operational tools and does not replace professional legal or employment advice.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation options will be shown at purchase. Mobile purchases may also be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
AI assistance
Ask Shady may summarize permitted workforce information and support operational questions. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making management decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep IRRIVO available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may maintain, improve, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Watchmore Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability is limited according to applicable law and the agreement for the relevant service.
Termination
You may stop using IRRIVO. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment, subject to applicable requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We encourage users to contact us first so concerns can be resolved directly.
